Software Engineer - Front End

This program requires employees pass a CI Poly every 5 years.  If you have a Full Scope Poly, working this program will keep your Full Scope ACTIVE.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Role as a Front-end Software Engineer who is self-motivated to deliver solutions and integrate with the backend teams and test teams
• Contribute to the design, development, test, and integration of many components within a microservice architecture
• Hybrid schedule with accommodating team environment

Applicants should be self-motivated, fast-paced, curious problem solvers with a BS in Computer Science or related field, plus the following skills/experience:
Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a software developer or software engineer with at least one programming language
• User interface development experience programming in Angular, React, Svelte, or similar framework
• Experience creating and maintaining web applications and integration with backend teams
• Experience with HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, etc

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tailwind
• Experience building and configuring CI pipelines (Gitlab & Jenkins)
• Knowledge of architecture styles and APIs including REST & SOAP
• DBA knowledge: Oracle, Mark Logic, Postgres, Mongo
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana
• Experience with AWS environments
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
• Understanding of GIS concepts (ESRI tools)
