The Sr. Customer Service Representative is responsible for booking Canadian and international orders including following-up with customers on "unable to book" orders and offering general customer support.

This position is part of the North American Sales' Customer Service team located in Loveland Colorado and will be onsite.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• ​Arranging new customer accounts and entering customer export transactions for Hach markets around the world 

• Managing internal export orders shipped to international Hach warehouses. 

• Reviewing commercial terms and conditions to ensure accuracy and adherence with Hach Global Business Practices.

• Partnering across teams to provide prompt, accurate responses to internal and external customer inquiries related to a variety of topics including pricing, shipping, product availability, product needs, and terms and conditions.

• Acting as liaison and customer advocate to resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and effectively. 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• High School diploma or equivalent.  

• 5+ years customer service experience including 4+ years export business experience

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $26.00 - $28.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
