What You'll Do

The typical hiring range for this role is  $16.86-24.72/hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements)

Shift available:

 

 5am to 5pm 3 days on and 3 days off.  

 

  • Sanitation duties within delegated areas of the facility. Ability to operate the floor scrubber and maintain its cleanliness (daily maintenance checklist)
  • Ability to operate the powered man-lift. (Rafter cleaning)
  • Completion of daily /weekly cleaning list.
  • Upkeep of Master Sanitation list (MSS)(MVP)
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and relates in a positive manner when interacting with all personnel.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understand and comply with all HACCP, allergen, environmental, regulatory and customer demands and requirements.
  • Have a good understanding of the general purpose, philosophy and direction of Kerry as a whole and, specifically, the Jackson plant as it relates to employee policies and expectations, quality, customer satisfaction, GMPs, sanitation, and production requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of customer and regulatory demands and focus.
  • Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Problem solving ability and aptitude for learning and professional growth
