Pediatric Behavioral Health Project Manager

Overview:

WiredPeople invites applicants to join our growing team as a Pediatric Behavioral Health Project Manager. Successful candidates must have extensive experience in pediatric behavioral health, project management, grant management, and training expertise to lead the activities of the Florida Pediatric Mental Health Collaborative. This position is a fully remote position.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Assist the Office of Children’s Medical Services (CMS) with the Pediatric Mental Health Collaborative grant including evaluations, survey implementation and tracking.
• Assist CMS with Behavioral Health communication and marketing projects.
• Assist CMS with Behavioral Health outreach and clinical expansion services and quality improvement projects.
• Assist with preparing meeting agenda, conference speakers, conference flyer and participant list for the annual Behavioral Health Conference or Summit.
• Assist the Program Director with Behavioral Health Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation pilots that will be used to evaluate program compliance with the Florida Pediatric Behavioral Health Collaborative Network.
• Assist the CMS with the State Health Improvement Planning (SHIP) activities including those focused on sustainability as it relates to behavioral health.
• Research Behavioral Health grant funding opportunities and assist in writing grant applications and supporting documents.
• Create a project management portfolio (i.e., Project plans, task lists, risk assessments, issue documents, governance documents).
• Develop project plans with current tasks status and reports using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Excel, or other software.
• Manage project deliverables including monitoring and updating project plans with current tasks status and reports.
• Prepare and maintain project documents.
• Create reporting documents using Microsoft Word, Microsoft, Excel, or other software.
• Conduct status meetings, project team meetings, stakeholder meetings.
• Communicate with project teams and stakeholders in meetings, in person, by phone, emails, and other written formats.
• Assist with change management aspects.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience with pediatric behavioral health services or pediatric systems of care.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management in delivering project on the agreed schedule and developing detailed project documentation for executive management.
• At least 10 years of experience in grant development and management.
• At least 10 years of experience presenting and training various professionals including social workers, nurses, physicians, and other medical professionals.
• At least 10 years of experience with change management procedures.
• At least 10 years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
• At least 10 years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder group.
