About the Role

As a Casual RN with TripleCN, you’ll provide safe, person-centered, and high-quality care to clients across a range of clinical environments. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively, leading care delivery, supporting junior staff, and advocating for clients with diverse and complex needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead nursing assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making
• Administer medications and manage clinical procedures safely and effectively
• Support, educate, and mentor Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing
• Communicate and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team
• Promote a culture of safety, respect, and dignity for clients and team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Uphold clinical standards and infection control best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership capability
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (if working in disability)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
• Reliable transport and willingness to travel locally

Highly Regarded:

• Certifications in specialty areas (ICU, mental health, disability, etc.)
• Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) or NDIS documentation experience
• Digital health or electronic medical record experience
