They define and execute product strategy, balancing high-level vision with hands-on operational execution. In a Product role at Nearform, you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders, engineers, and designers, to uncover and define requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs to shape the product roadmap. With a strong focus on strategy, communication, and delivery, you will guide teams in building impactful, scalable solutions that align with business goals and market demands</p> <p><strong>About the Senior Product Manager role</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager you will be a strategic visionary who overviews the development and execution of complex digital products. You'll collaborate closely with clients to define product vision, drive product strategy, Translate goals into actionable roadmaps, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Based on client goals, you will lead complex products and/or a portfolio of products. However, as you’ll likely work on a variety of projects your responsibilities may also include:</p> <ul> <li>Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute to that strategy in the delivery phase with the engineering team[s]</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholder to define the product roadmap</li> <li>Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features</li> <li>Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market</li> <li>Plan and carry out product launches, MVP and phased releases</li> <li>Provide insight to stakeholders on the product, competitors, technical innovations and market</li> <li>Support a SaaS platform and 3rd party integrations</li> <li>Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages</li> <li>Write requirements – typically as epics, features and user stories - including clear acceptance criteria</li> <li>Define and adhere to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done</li> <li>Support grooming and refinement ceremonies in collaboration with Tech Leads to ensure alignment on the requirements and to support the delivery goals</li> <li>Identify, document and communicate risks, changes or delays as soon as possible</li> <li>Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues</li> <li>Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives</li> <li>Collaborating with client teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for in this person</strong></p> <ul> <li>Significant experience delivering at a Senior level, specialising in product ownership and management. Our Seniors typically have at least 6 years’ commercial experience</li> <li>Hands-on experience delivering products in an agile environment collaborating directly with engineers and designers</li> <li>Experience with early stage products, new product development, and product modernization from discovery to MVP launch, and beyond Proven ability to collaborate with with stakeholders from various levels, areas of the organisation, and with differing business goals to drive to successful roadmaps and releases</li> <li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with product experience exercising mature judgment</li> <li>The ability to define and lead product discovery workshops to define customer journeys, deliver tangible roadmaps and prioritised backlog </li> <li>Understanding of product analytics and KPIs/OKRs, including test and learn and A/B testing methodologies </li> <li>Someone who focuses on business outcomes and not just the tactical outputs </li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Annual Company Bonus -</strong> We all help Nearform to h
