We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. The Junior Recruiter will assist in attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and other sourcing tools to identify and attract potential candidates.

  • Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.

  • Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Job Postings: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms to maximize visibility and candidate reach.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.

  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for recruitment activities, such as preparing offer letters and conducting reference checks.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field; internships or relevant coursework are a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and social media platforms for recruitment.

    • Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Attributes: Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS)

  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies

  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
