Global 3PL Manager

In this role, you will shape the way we do integrations with our 3PL partners to ensure seamless flow of products and information between our partners and our internal fulfilment ecosystem.

In Pandora, we are on a journey of rethinking our 3PL distribution network to enable business growth, support consumer expectations with shorter customer promise, build resilience, drive efficiencies and secure integrations with our new ERP, SAP. We would like to do this by building a reusable 3PL integration template that can be used with any 3PL partner. You will support with shaping the product team vision and system capabilities through a close collaboration with the product manager. You will on daily basis be part of an agile product team. You will hereby be working side by side with the product manager, business analyst and engineers. The agile product team sits within the Omni Operations Product Line consisting of three other product teams.

Key accountabilities

• Effectively communicate and socialize the product vision, roadmap, and capabilities across multiple stakeholders
• Closely collaborate with our internal customers and 3PL partners to identify their needs, opportunities for improvement and pain points
• Challenge current ways of working and help design future global processes and capabilities
• Shape a global 3PL integration template in close collaboration with the product team
• Establish and safeguard global processes critical for the roll-out and adoption 3PL integrations
• Enable the quality assurance and testing strategy by communicating quality standards, testing scenarios and adherence to product acceptance criteria
• Drive user adoption

To be successful you will need to demonstrate

• 8 yrs. Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
• 5+ years of experience working within Supply Chain area
• Experience with working with supply chain management systems and system design
• Experience in analysing data, processes, workflows and systems
• Natural change agent with experience working in rapidly changing environments
• Experience with working within Agile framework
• Strong ability to listen and collaborate successfully with many stakeholders, technical and non-technical, internal and external
• Analytical skills and attention to details · Resilient - able to embrace, navigate change and solve problems
• Strong value chain understanding and mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence Language Skills: English
• Agile Certification SCRUM
