In this role you will be part of the HR Technology &amp; Data CoE, in which we translate our People Strategy into our HR Technology strategy and roadmap. <span>Workday is our global HR information system and our single source of truth for people data. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b>What you will be doing?</b> </p><p>As an HR Technology Consultant, you are the expert in technological advancements and trends in the field of HR. You provide advice, guidance, and support to our stakeholders. You recommend innovative solutions and provide input for the HR Technology strategy and roadmap. Your main responsibilities and day-to-day activities include: <br/> </p><ul><li><p>Delivering solutions and innovation to our strategic projects, from design, configuration, testing, training, to <span>deployment.  </span></p></li><li><p>Leading HR technology initiatives, including project management activities such as defining the scope, planning, reporting on the progress, monitoring, and managing risks, managing stakeholders and <span>workstreams.  </span></p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvements, including prioritization and planning, understanding the business (needs). Working closely together with and managing our stakeholders. </p></li><li><p>Co-create and deliver the HR technology roadmap. </p></li><li><p>Work closely together with our team of HR Technology specialists to provide solutions for complex queries. </p></li><li><p>Support in recurring process cycles from technology perspective (e.g., performance), coordinate biannual Workday releases, and other ‘critical <span>ongoing’.  </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What do we expect from you?</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong consultancy &amp; project management skills</span><span>, </span><span>p</span><span>referabl</span><span>y with</span><span> a background </span><span>in consulting</span><span> (</span><span>e.g.</span><span> implementation partner)</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>5+ years of work experience in the field of HR (Cloud) transformation and in-depth Workday knowledge (including configuration), with a specialisation in at least two of the following functional domains: Talent &amp; Performance, Learning, Advanced Compensation. Knowledge of other domains, such as Recruiting or Absence, is a plus.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong analytical </span><span>skills</span><span> and the ability to see the big</span><span>ger</span><span> picture without losing sight of details</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Stakeholder management skills.
