PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and team supervision. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and communication across departments and with leadership. This individual is expected to be a culture ambassador, exhibit a strong sense of our safety identity, as well as driving quality and optimizing plant efficiency.

Schedule: M – F 6AM – 2PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance
- Act as reviewer of quality of inventory on a regular basis, paying attention to packaging and stack uniform appearance.
- Conduct physical inventories as necessary of finished goods and raw materials (chemicals and packaging) to maintain accuracy.
- Perform other related duties consistent with maintaining operational and product quality.
Safety
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas to support safety, efficiency and 5S standards.
- Actively participate in Plant Safety initiatives such as TPM, Hazard ID, and Online Learning.
- Oversee the cleaning and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas to maintain a safe working environment.
Technical Operations
- Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments using various carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.), including customer shipments and miscellaneous outbound activity.
- Provide daily updates to leadership regarding warehouse activities via DMS.
- Utilize various software systems and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and report warehouse performance, demonstrating strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Leadership
- Provide guidance to Warehouse team to ensure operational continuity and consistent work flow
- Effectively lead and manage change for his/her workgroup while maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
- Provides candid feedback on expectations and performance to members of the team on a regular basis, and drives appropriate actions for further improvement.
- Implements and documents corrective action when performance issues occur.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States
- Utilize various software systems and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and report war
