This position offers:
· Starting pay of $21.85/hr. up to top pay of $30.84/hr.*
· Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential
*additional shift differential for off-shifts

General Purpose of the Position:
Manages daily shipping and receiving of all the material into the facility in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate movement/shipping of Material identified on DDRD-DMR Purchase order.
Coordinate all freight carriers and expedited shipments
Complete documents required for all Shipments. (EX Bill of Lading, Packing list, Master ship labels, Commercial invoices, Pro Forma invoices, and Nav work)
Verify Manufacturers part number on incoming/outgoing Material against purchase order supplied by buyer.
Responsible for examination of articles for accuracy and defects and contact appropriate personnel.
Enters repair cards and forwards product to the appropriate departments
Pursue continuous process improvement.
Follow safety procedure
Keep NCM appropriately identified and segregated from good product.
Support and trains new employees as required.
Communicate with Supervisor regularly informing them of progress and issues that need correcting.
Must meet all annual training requirements
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: 2

Forklift Operation
Navision
Other Qualifications:
Computer skills, good understanding of basic MRP fundamentals.
Investigated and problem solving skill.
Ability to follow basic instructions, ability to work without direct supervision.
Parts handling experience knowledge of component identification
Knowledge to track shipments in transit.
