Service Bartender - The Belvedere Restaurant

 

Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Service Bartender for The Belvedere Restaurant who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

•    Serves beverages in an efficient, courteous manner.
•    Knowledge of all beverages to include liquors and wines as well as knowledge of proper cocktail making techniques.
•    Service Bartender is also responsible for making coffee drinks for the restaurant team.
•    Light food running when applicable, ability to carry plates that may be warm or hot.
•    Maintain bar area & clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
 

 

General Requirements

•    1-2 years prior experience in a high-volume setting.
•    Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
•    Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information.
•    Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
