- Leads day-to-day operational, clinical, and financial performance of ambulatory surgery centers and physician joint venture surgery centers within an assigned geographic area, ensuring alignment with division and enterprise performance expectations and partnership agreements.
- Supports the VP, ASC Operations by executing divisional ASC strategies at the market and site level, translating strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives across assigned centers and ensuring consistent implementation.
- Designs and directs the work of assigned ASC leaders and managers, including coaching, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong, sustainable management pipeline within the geographic portfolio.
