Tuff Shed is recruiting a Digital Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This role is located at our National Support Center in south metro Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd).
This role will be responsible for leading and maturing the Project Management Office (PMO) and IT Billing functions, ensuring disciplined delivery, strong governance, and operational excellence across digital initiatives. This role is accountable for establishing and maintaining standards for project intake, prioritization, execution, status reporting, and financial coordination while improving the overall digital experience for Tuff Shed, Inc.’s team members and customers.

This is a key role leading cross-functional initiatives, building PMO capabilities, driving executive visibility into project health and portfolio performance, and strengthening the IT billing processes from contract and procurement through invoice validation and payment coordination.

The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:

Lead and mature PMO and support functions:
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members supporting project delivery and IT billing operations, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve PMO standards, governance, templates, tools, and reporting practices.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on project governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery discipline.
Drive project portfolio and IT billing delivery excellence:
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, planning, and successful execution of digital and business projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, budgets, timelines, and resource capacity.
• Lead project delivery using formal project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
• Oversee IT billing operations, including contract tracking, purchase and renewal coordination, invoice validation, reconciliation, and timely payment processing.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT leaders to improve billing accuracy, controls, and lifecycle visibility and to resolve discrepancies or process gaps.
Operational strategy and process improvement:
• Evaluate and enhance PMO, billing, and operational workflows to improve efficiency, service quality, governance, and transparency.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), service level agreements (SLAs), and project portfolio health metrics to measure success and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved project governance, financial controls, digital transformation, and process innovation.
Budgeting, asset management, and vendor relationships:
• Assist the Director of Infrastructure, Support and Security in developing and managing budgets related to project delivery, PMO operations, and digital initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of vendor contracts, software licensing, purchase commitments, renewals, and related financial obligations.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal partners to support project outcomes, billing accuracy, and service quality.
Stakeholder communication and reporting:
• Lead portfolio reviews, steering committees, and governance forums to support prioritization, decision-making, and strategic alignment.
• Provide timely, accurate, and complete communication to leadership regarding project health, risks, issues, dependencies, financial impacts, and key decisions.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting that translate operational and financial details into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, Finance, and Procurement, translating complex issues into business-friendly language.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of IT billing processes, including contract tracking, procurement coordination, invoice validation, reconciliation, and payment lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and present effectively to executive leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Demonstrated project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of IT support services, infrastructure, and service management tools.
