Inventory Specialist

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, preparation, and shipping of all customer orders. Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate material handling and cycle count functions.

What You Will Do:
- Perform cycle counts as assigned
- Address paperwork and conduct physical searches/research products.
- Assist in researching discrepancies on cycle counts
- Track departmental data and generate applicable reports as needed
- Assist in variance discrepancies as the arise within a timely manner to maintain overall inventory accuracy.
- Maintain the 5S cleanliness of the picking area and pulls completed shrink-wrapped orders to the dock for packers
- Follow all safety procedures and policies
- Follow all warehouse procedures and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Position Details:
- Plant location: USA-Swannanoa
- Work week and shift: Tuesday-Friday 7am-5pm
- Compensation package offered: $19.50
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of previous plant or warehouse experience
- 1 year of previous forklift operating experience
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
