Job Responsibilities:

• Assembly and test Evaluation Boards for RF devices such as amplifiers, filters,  switches and modules.
• Create and run test routines to test the Evaluation Boards.
• Solder RF devices to Evaluation Boards using small parts such as  01005 parts and devices.
• Perform RF LC matching on devices
• Maintain lab equipment and certification updates

 

Qualifications:

• 2 year minimum Technical degree focusing on RF or analog
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and willingness to ask questions when needed
• Ability to be flexible in a changing environment
• Ability to be organized and detailed oriented
• Good working knowledge of Office tools: power point, XCEL
• Desire to learn new things, be a quick learner, and willingness to be trainable to Qorvo standards
• Desire to work in the RF field and perform many functions associated with solving RF problems
• Ability to solder small parts on EVB under a microscope 
• Ability to match using the Smith Chart and Network Analyzer
• ADS or some other RF simulation tool is desired.
• Must be familiar with Network Analyzer, Oscope, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Supplies, Function Generators, Power Meters.
• RF layout experience with a CAD tool for Evaluation board schematic capture and board layout is a plus
• RF Circuit Design experience up to 6GHz is a plus.
