You will be part of one of the project teams that works on  application PROQS. This is complete back-office software that is used within a large national contractor in the underground infrastructure. You will be linked to existing and new modules for which you are responsible. Together with the team, consisting of approximately 8 people, you will continuously work on the improvement and further development of the software and your own work processes. There is a lot of room for mutual knowledge sharing and, in addition to your work, you will also be involved in training junior colleagues. We work agile and according to the Scrum method. </p> <p><br/></p> <p>We are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in OutSystems to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively interact with individuals at all levels, including management, colleagues, users, and supervisors.<br/></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience working with OutSystems, including relevant certifications.</li><li>A passion for client engagement, with a willingness to visit clients regularly while also collaborating as part of an office-based team.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Enjoyment in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues in OutSystems best practices.</li><li>Ability to confidently interact with stakeholders at all levels, including management, colleagues, users, and supervisors.</li><li>A relevant higher education background in one of the following fields:<ul><li>Software Engineering</li><li>Technical Computer Science</li><li>Business Informatics</li><li>Mathematics</li></ul></li></ul> <p>If you meet these qualifications and are eager to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply!</p> <p><br/></p> <p>"<em>Gapstars is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
