About the role
Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of over 3,000 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
The Sr Manager Manufacturing Programs will lead the end-to-end Supply chain program management for Kuiper's Line Replacement Units (LRUs), ensuring seamless production execution and material readiness. This role will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other key stakeholders to drive manufacturing excellence and meet production targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in managing complex aerospace/satellite manufacturing programs, implementing design changes, driving cost reduction initiatives, and resolving technical challenges in a high-volume production environment.
