As the Planning Team with Cordant Solutions, We collaborate with internal partners to ensure production is scheduled, achievable, and aligned to the Baker Hughes quality policy to satisfy external customer expectations and enable them to operate efficiently and sustainably.

As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will manage work center production load and schedule work orders to meet production throughput and OTD goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with supervisors, buyers, inventory, and engineering to manage process or material changes and meet plant KPIs.
 

As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

• Releasing production orders and collaborate with purchasing team to address part shortages that are affecting production.
• Tracking production status to ensure we are building to schedule.
• Working with production supervisors to set priorities and stay on time.
• Attending daily production meetings with supervisors, engineering, and quality.
• Handling planning impacts and actions related to product lifecycle changes.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.(or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with production orders and material movement in a manufacturing environment.
• Have 3+ years of experience using SAP or equivalent ERP system.
• Have an analytical mind-set with proven problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft office systems, data analysis skills with Excel. Intermediate PowerPoint skills to create their own presentations.
• Have the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Have great oral and written communication skills.
• Have great interpersonal and leadership skills.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $60,200.00 - $111,600.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position.
