What You’ll Do:

As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the central hub for coordinating tow truck responses to drivers in need. This in-office administrative role includes:

• Answering and managing incoming calls
• Using electronic dispatch systems to assign jobs
• Communicating via email with internal and external contacts
• Performing general office tasks like filing and data entry
• Supporting shop operations by assigning repair orders to technicians
• Estimating repair times and helping maximize shop productivity

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior towing dispatch experience is required!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with maps and navigation tools
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be 18+ with a clean MVR and able to pass pre-employment screenings
