Medical Assistant, Signature Medical Spa

The Role

• Clinical assisting for Nurses, Aestheticians, Technicians, and occasionally other providers
• Provide warm, friendly, discreet, and efficient service to clients and staff
• Clinical photography using iPhones and iPads
• Preparing equipment including lasers, goggles, devices, tables, and clean-up
• Reviewing and securing clients’ informed consent for treatments
• Medical chart documentation and some scribing
• Reviewing clients’ post-procedural education
• Follow-up phone calls or emails for clients
• Organizing and restocking treatment rooms, retail shelves, brochures
• Consult with clients on skin care products and medical spa services

• Desire to make the workplace and clients’ experience excellent
• Positive, professional, and able to adhere to confidentiality laws
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient with English, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and phones
• Strong work ethic, team-oriented
• Problem-solver
• Organized and efficient
• Interest in dermatology and/or the beauty/wellness fields
• Professional dress and appearance
• Minimum two years of professional career experience
• Some college is preferred
• Desires working a set schedule of 5 days per week
• Ability to work four Saturdays per year instead of a weekday
