THE JOB:
As a Roast Cook, you will be responsible for set-up and operation of your workstation.Ā Ā You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE:Ā $28.8764/hr
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Follow appropriate methods of food preparation, cooking, sizing of portions, mixing of sauces and garnishing of foods to ensure that food is prepared in an approved manner as prescribed by the Chefs
Set-up and operate workstation based on pars established by the Chefs and follow station set-up sheet
Evaluate cooked food before serving for quality of flavor and appearance by taste and smell
Drive the Customer Relations Management system by ensuring that all orders are handled correctly
Comply with occupational, health and safety standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Food Handlers card required to start
