WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Teachers On Demand, INC is looking for Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist (VCES) to take Inbound call and emails and make Outbound calls and emails. Virtual CES Team will need to be technology savvy.
You MUST have:
- 4-year Degree from College
- Expertise using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent skill organizing schedules
- Expertise using Email
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Must have a working laptop

We have three (3) shifts and you must be able to work: You and two other VCES's will rotate between the following shifts.
- Monday - Friday (6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.)
- Monday - Friday (1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M)
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
Requirements
- Must have experience working in an educational setting.
- Must be an early morning riser.
- Must be a GREAT communicator and relate-able to our clients and substitutes.
- Must be able to solve problems when present.
- Must be able to use email from cell phone and laptop.
- Must be able to use MS Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet Virtual Meeting Platform
- Must be able to be a quick learner of applications.
- Must be able to develop a report on a quarterly basis.
- Must be able to follow directions and execute instructions by-the-book.
Inbound Calls and Emails:
- You: Will answer calls and emails from our current workforce which are - Substitute Teachers.
- Subs: That are on-assignment or off-assignment will call with questions.
- You: Answer questions and resolve issues the subs may have.
- You: View our knowledge base and wiki pages for Answers.
- You: Will answer inbound calls and emails from our clients which are - Schools.
- Schools: Will call a toll-free number or email a group inbox.
- Schools: Will need to request subs to cover a shift.
- You: Will sometimes need to help the schools fulfill the request.
Outbound Calls and Emails:
- Will call and email active substitutes
- You: Will be the Subs Point-of-Contact (POC).
- You: Will engage current substitute workforce to increase substitute productivity.
- You: Will greet new substitutes to welcome them to the team and keep them informed.
- You: Will call and email substitutes for wellness checks and availability checks.
- You: Will document your interactions with all substitutes
- Will call and email active clients and schools
- You: Will be the schools Point-of-Contact (POC).
- You: Will engage current schools to increase new shift request.
- You: Will greet new schools (clients) to welcome them to Teachers On Demand (TOD).
Scheduling:
- You: Will monitor scheduling application and platform
- You: Will update scheduling application and platform
- You: Will engage support team for scheduling application and platform
