We are currently looking for an Accounting & Controlling Supervisor to join our Finance Team based in Athens.

As an Accounting & Controlling Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the general accounting operations by controlling & verifying our financial transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Responsible for myData
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department

Requirements

• BSc degree in Accounting or Finance
• MSc or ACCA will be highly appreciated
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Controller, Audit Senior or Senior Accountant
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Very good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of tax legislation and IFRS
• Accuracy and attention to detail
