We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to become the Head of AI Experiences. This role is for a strategic thinker and hands-on innovator who will drive our novel AI experience initiatives, directly involved with the ideation, prototyping, and rapid iteration of AI-powered product experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in artificial intelligence, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of creating impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and iterate novel user experiences powered by intelligent systems.

• Ensure seamless integration across domains and touchpoints and cohesive execution across global engineering teams.

• Product Development and Deployment

• Assess and define novel AI user experience scenarios.

• Partner with engineering teams to rapidly prototype these AI experience scenarios.

• Deliver impactful AI-driven solutions which dramatically elevates user experience.

• Strategic Leadership:

• Work with global engineering teams to develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy focusing on product experience.

• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to innovate and integrate AI across products and services.

• Team Development and Management

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams with expertise in AI experiences.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that prioritizes growth and creativity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with leadership roles in strategy and innovation.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.

• Expertise in machine learning, generative AI, NLP, and/or computer vision.

• Proven track record in developing AI products in domains such as automotive, IoT, or relevant fields.

• Experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in relevant fields.

• Experience with prediction and recommendation systems

• Experience with data science

Base Salary: $235,000 - $400,000
