Job Description

Skills, ambition and that little personal twist make you succeed

You will be part of the dynamic Settlement & Invoicing FI team with tasks related to making sure our acquiring merchants gets their settlement in time and correctly. You will help our customers to understand and select the correct reporting and invoicing solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the merchant account data and a variety of other tasks. We offer you interesting and challenging tasks in a Nordic environment. We will provide you the opportunity to use your specialist skills and expertise on the job.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Diverse customer service tasks serving our Acquiring Merchant customers on the Finnish market
Changes to existing merchant agreements
Corrections and adjustments to merchant settlements
Terminating merchant agreements
Merchant invoicing operational tasks
Depending on your expertise and interest areas your job role could include other areas like Bankruptcy handling, Handling of rejected transactions etc.
Updating work instructions within own responsibility areas
Participating in constant work task and process development also on a Nordic level

Qualifications

Your professional background and qualifications should include:

Suitable educational background (e.g. BBA degree) in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
Relevant working experience, knowledge of the business area is a great benefit• Experience on co-operating with different stakeholders: internal and external
Excellent communication skills in Finnish (native level), English is required (both written and spoken) and Swedish skills a benefit.
