Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Insights & Analytics Team. This role demands a detail-oriented individual to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Work closely with business analysts to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective responsive visualizations
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting outputs
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize data sources for reporting purposes
Perform data validation and troubleshoot inconsistencies or errors in reporting outputs
Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data to drive strategic decision-making
Document reporting processes and data sources
Stay up to date with Tableau features, visualization techniques, and best practices
May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development, calculations, and performance optimization
Tableau Certified Data Analyst is preferred
Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Ability to work with large data sets and ensure data integrity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Compensation & Total Rewards The expected pay range for this position is $77,400 to $94,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
