We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Insights & Analytics Team. This role demands a detail-oriented individual to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for the visualization of best practices, and a passion for storytelling through data. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Work closely with business analysts to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective responsive visualizations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting outputs
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize data sources for reporting purposes
- Perform data validation and troubleshoot inconsistencies or errors in reporting outputs
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data to drive strategic decision-making
- Document reporting processes and data sources
- Stay up to date with Tableau features, visualization techniques, and best practices
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development, calculations, and performance optimization
- Tableau Certified Data Analyst is preferred
- Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Ability to work with large data sets and ensure data integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Office Location - Newport Beach. Hybrid schedule M/F remote T/W/Th onsite
- Position reports directly to Executive Director, Advanced Analytics
