<p>Are you an innovative leader with a burning passion for transforming ideas into ground-breaking products and solutions? </p> <p> </p> <p>Join our newly formed innovation team as a Senior Manager and become an integral part of an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of homeowners worldwide. </p> <p> </p> <p>What’s the job about</p> <p>As the Senior Manager, you will spearhead and cultivate frontloading innovation, playing a pivotal role in translating ideas into products and solutions during the early stages of innovation activities within our Domestic Building Services Division.</p> <p> </p> <p> Your primary responsibilities include leading and contributing to the development of the Frontloading Innovation Process in Domestic Building Services and ensuring innovation with a clear focus on delivering novel solutions for our homes of the future.</p> <p> The ideal candidate should demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Commercial mindset.</li> <li>Advanced analytical abilities.</li> <li>Unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence. </li> <li>Proven and Outstanding leadership skills (as you will supervise the Frontloading Innovation team).</li> <li>Experience in customer involvement and co-creation in innovation projects</li> <li>Communication and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your main responsibilities</p> <p>As the Frontloading Innovation Senior Manager your critical responsibilities include documenting and developing processes, leading, and testing new ideas and concepts with customers and communicating key learnings across divisions. </p> <p>You will lead the DBS Frontloading Innovation Team our ideation and idea validation process,  oversee recruitment and retention, and be responsible for training, process ownership, and quality assurance.
