What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Semiconductor Product Manager to join our team. As the Automotive Semiconductor Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of our automotive semiconductor product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to define and execute the product strategy. Your deep understanding of the automotive semiconductor market, industry trends, and customer needs will be crucial in successfully launching and managing our products.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

- Develop and execute the product strategy for the automotive semiconductor product portfolio, aligning it with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Drive the product development process, including concept development, design, validation, testing, and production.
- Lead pricing and positioning strategies for the automotive semiconductor products, considering market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product messaging, collateral, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the automotive semiconductor product portfolio, including sales, revenue, and market share.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, and potential partnerships to drive product growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to automotive semiconductors.
What You Bring
- Bachelors with 10+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the automotive semiconductor industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive semiconductor market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strong technical background and understanding of semiconductor technologies, architectures, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive informed product decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on driving product growth, revenue, and market share.
