Responsibilities

About the Role 

We’re looking for a sharp, analytical Summer Intern to join our DAS at Eagle Bank. If you thrive on solving complex problems, building models, and uncovering insights that drive business decisions, this is the gig for you. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, tackling real-world challenges and making a tangible impact. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

✅ Build and refine statistical models to analyze business performance and forecast trends ✅ Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize insights ✅ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from complex databases ✅ Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions ✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions ✅ Assist with consulting-style problem-solving and strategic recommendations

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

🎯 Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.🎯 Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, experience with SQL and/or programming languages (Python, R, etc.)  🎯 Data Visualization: Strong skills in Power BI (or similar tools) 🎯 Business Acumen: Experience in business analysis and consulting 🎯 Problem Solver: Ability to break down complex problems and deliver actionable insights
