The Boeing Company’s Communications & Collaboration (C&C) Product organization is currently seeking a Senior Insite Product Delivery Architect to join the team in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; or Seal Beach, CA.

Join our team as a Senior Insite Product Delivery Architect, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Enterprise Insite platforms! In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with customers and vendors, focusing on key objectives and priorities using Agile and SAFe methodologies.

The Enterprise Insite Portal empowers users by providing seamless access to information, applications, tools, and social connections—all within a single, secure, and visually engaging website. Your expertise will help unify relevant content from multiple sources, creating an easily managed site that enhances user experience.

As a successful candidate, you will recognize the importance of Insite and work directly with the Communication & Collaboration (C&C) Product Family, alongside identified vendors, to support operations and maintenance. Your contributions will be essential in implementing product development efforts that enable C&C to achieve their Program Increment (PI) goals. Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using Java EE platforms

  • Maintain application environments

  • Support enterprise level environment management

  • Communicate with multiple IT Partners to support Environments

  • Coordinate schedules with Delivery Teams to minimize impacts

  • Work with an Agile Team

  • Support on-call L3 operational duty (escalations, customers) to provide technical support for critical issues

  • Code, test, debug, implement, and document highly complex programs

  • Develop complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs

  • Collaborate with Technical Architects, UX Designer and Business SME to design systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs

  • Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded

  • Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation

  • Gather information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements

  • Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provides recommendations to project managers

  • Accountable for resolving complex program problems

  • Work with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility

  • Provide technical advice on complex programming

  • Serve as technical project lead (or may need to provide backup support to a Technical Architect lead as needed)

  • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel

  • Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews

  • Analysis, design, configuring, programming, and unit testing for applications

  • Support business-driven requirements from management and drive governance, including change and configuration management throughout the product lifecycle

  • Ensure that all changes are documented and communicated effectively

  • Configuration management will involves maintaining the integrity of the system by tracking changes, managing versions, and ensuring that all components are properly configured to meet business needs

  • Collect, analyze, and present the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the Insite platform

  • Identify metrics that reflect the performance, usage of the system, identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

  • Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience developing software in Enterprise Java (Java EE)

  • 10+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems, Change Management, and PLM Processes and Tools

  • 10+ years of experience analyzing and presenting data

  • 10+ years of experience with participating Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Management activities, including planning, assessment, and mitigation

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, coding, testing and d
