Job Description
Working as a core member of our corporate IT team, you will work on the development and maintenance of our suite of Software applications. You will be the technical reference for our ServiceNow applications, overseeing development activities while ensuring that our applications meet our architecture and code guidelines.
More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all activities of the development load estimation process, validating and verifying the workload for all phases of developments.
- Validate and review the design of new developments in the tool and ensure they meet the organization standards.
- Ensure new developments meet operational requirements covering areas such as security, availability, maintainability and performance.
- Act as a technical reference point for project and application maintenance services.
- Develop and/or validate technical design for projects and application maintenance.
- Ensure the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements.
- Guide teams, partners and development teams to provide successful design and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related studies.
- 3+ years technical Service Now experience.
- Experience driving complex features/issues through analysis and resolution.
- Service Now certifications related to ITSM, ITBM or ITOM are desired.
- A deep knowledge of the core ITSM processes and experience driving business requirements, creating technical designs and proving estimations, to configure the platform for optimal performance.
- Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle.
- Experience of defining, controlling and improving Software lifecycle processes.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a benefit.
