POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior HR Manager is an experienced HRBP who has extensive practice partnering with senior leaders and leading transformative HR initiatives. This role works
closely with our field leaders and HR teams to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable HR strategies that drive business success. This role will play a key part in the development and oversight of continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, talent growth, and enable business results. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing HR strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to apply HR expertise to complex organizational challenges. A background in organizational development, project management methodologies, and the use of HR analytics to inform strategy is essential in this role.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR related matters.
- Lead talent management efforts including talent assessment and retention strategies. Drive succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Identify skill gaps and recommend talent development solutions to build leadership capability.
- Support organizational change initiatives providing HR expertise in communication, training, and transition management. Guide leaders and employees through periods of change, promoting agility and readiness across functions to ensure smooth implementation and adaptation.
- Partner with leaders to implement targeted HR interventions that remove barriers to success and lead to business transformations.
- Support workstreams for acquisitions and integrations, including organizational assessments, change planning, and employee transitions.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvements in HR processes. Monitor key performance indicators and report on HR-related metrics to senior leaders.
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Total Rewards, DEI) to deliver integrated solutions to the business.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and enterprise HR initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leadership and driving HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, and project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and influence decision-making.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization or analytics tools
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources business partnership experience with field partners.
