Restaurant Shift Supervisor/ The Cove Restaurant

Under direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager, assists the management team overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and coffee/gift shop during an assigned shift. This role ensures high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance are consistently maintained. The Shift Supervisor acts as the lead on duty, supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, protecting assets and ensuring a smooth and efficient shift. 

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or management education is a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation and must be able to meet and maintain a Class III gaming license requirement. Must be 21 years of age, or older. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
