Personal Banker (Floating): Financial Center Branch

Fidelity Bank is looking to hire dedicated and conscientious team members who aim to give customers an exemplary banking experience.
We have immediate openings for Floating Personal Bankers to travel amongst our Lackawanna and Luzerne County offices who will work to achieve established customer service and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will assist our clients with all aspects of their branch needs – customer transactions, providing information about products and services, opening new accounts and consumer loans, consultative selling, and providing referrals to other lines of business. This person will strive to meet all the needs of our customers by becoming part of a team of trusted financial advisors. As a member of the branch team, you will also assist with the duties for operating the branch office.

Offices are open on Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday hours.

We provide a robust training program to create successful bankers. Retail experience is desired. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor required.

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training:  A high school diploma or equivalent experience

Skill(s):  Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate typing skills; proficient PC skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient customer service skills; moderate needs based selling skills; moderate knowledge of bank deposit and loan products and services, along with the operating policies and procedures that impact these products; ability to lift items weighing 50 lbs. or less; visual and auditory skills; valid driver’s license is required for floating Universal Banker position.

Experience:  A minimum of one (1) year experience in related Customer Service position.
