Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Orthopedic Research department is seeking a temporary employee to assist with projects for the Research team. This position will be located at our Naples campus. Main Objective:

To assist Clinical Research department with a 4-month project and daily activities of managing Arthrex initiated clinical studies.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with various document organization and clinical research tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assist with uploading and quality checking documents in electronic trial master file (eTMF) for clinical studies.
• Assist with collecting and organizing clinical study project documents in SharePoint.
• Assist with clinical site payment documentation.
• Assist study team with tasks and projects associated with clinical study management as needed.
• This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.

 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with clinical research required. 1 year minimum preferred.
• Proficient software skills: Word/ Excel/ Power Point/database is required.
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and eTMF preferred

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Intermediate computer skills.

Attention to detail and solution-oriented problem solving required.

Knowledge of clinical study ethics and quality standards preferred.   

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.
