Therapist, Physical Outpatient

As a Physical Therapist -Outpatient, you will provide comprehensive outpatient PT evaluation and treatment for adults in a multi-disciplinary rehab clinic. Emphasis in orthopedic or neuro physical therapy practice. This role will work between both Stillwater and Somerset locations.  Dual licensure is required.

Work Schedule: 

40 hrs weekly / 1.0 FTE - Days.  This position will work between Stillwater and Somerset locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current license with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
• Current license with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy 
• Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
• Good customer service and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC experience helpful
