Senior Treasury Analyst

The team is focussed on ongoing efficiency improvement and development of optimal treasury processes whilst ensuring strong internal controls and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external banking/other partners.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><p>The role’s main responsibility is to lead Europe on key treasury specialist areas alongside handling in-country queries/projects.</p><p><strong><u>Key responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>The specialist skills for this role includes Pan-European knowledge on FX regulation, cash forecasting and banking documentation.</li><li>A proactive approach in identifying automation and harmonisation opportunities within all treasury processes across all geographical locations.</li><li>You will be required to gain a very high level of knowledge on the Publicis Treasury Management System Quantum</li><li>Supporting key treasury operational processes across Europe eg bank reconciliation, cash positioning, settlements.</li><li>Provide support and back up to other members of treasury team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years’ general operational experience in a treasury related role.</li><li>Experience in FX regulation, cash forecasting and banking documentation.</li><li>Strong project and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent Excel skills.</li><li>Previous exposure to banking systems and treasury management systems. Knowledge of FIS TMS would be an advantage.</li><li>A proven team player with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.</li><li>Be able to work on own initiative.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Completely literate in English.
