Position Summary
ADM’s global corporate social investment programs help sustain and strengthen communities where ADM colleagues work, live and operate by directing funding, volunteerism and industry knowledge to initiatives and organizations that are driving meaningful social, economic and environmental progress worldwide. The ADM Cares Sr. Specialist will strategically support corporate social investment efforts by playing a key role in maximizing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advancing the ADM Cares’ mission through colleague engagement programs and corporate partnerships, and helping to unlock the power of philanthropy to steer impactful change in ADM communities around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and track colleague engagement program activities, including matching gifts, colleague emergency fund grants, team fundraisers and volunteer activities.
• Develop and execute ADM’s Global Volunteer Week activities, including overseeing deployment of volunteer engagement plans for all global regions, supporting teams in planning and implementation of volunteer events, and tracking ADM’s impact through post-event outcomes.
• Analyze current local and global colleague engagement efforts to recommend ways to maximize charitable giving initiatives with corporate grant partners to advance the ADM Cares strategy and reinforce our giving pillars.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to confirm impacts of corporate social investment and colleague giving programs against ADM Cares’ desired key performance indicators and goals.  Confirm progress against impacts with stakeholders to ensure alignment.  
• Provide general support and assistance to optimize ADM Cares global colleague giving activities, maximize operational efficiency and financial stewardship.  

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, can maintain confidentiality and is good navigating people and priorities with an attention to detail and follow-up.
• Is resourceful and a problem-solver, with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude.
• Has excellent communication and listening skills, with an emphasis on communicating with a wide-array of internal and external audiences.
• Prior experience in leading projects to completion and meeting deadlines, while maintaining established guidelines.
• Exhibits strong personal and professional commitment to the values of compliance, ethics and integrity, and demonstrates those qualities in daily responsibilities.
• Understands the value of a diverse workplace and treats all employees equally.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
