We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President - Client Enablement Agent Creator to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Idea Generation for AI Agents

• Conceive and conceptualize innovative AI agent solutions to support and enhance functions such as Client Enablement, Client Service, and Revenue Management.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for implementing AI agents across diverse areas.

Pipeline Prioritization

• Develop and manage a comprehensive pipeline of AI agent projects, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Continuously assess and reprioritize based on evolving organizational needs and stakeholder feedback.

Building AI Agents

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents, ensuring they deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into existing systems and workflows.

Managing Plans

• Define and oversee execution plans for AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational strategy.
• Track milestones, manage resources, and address any challenges or risks that arise during implementation.

Communication of Management Vision

• Act as a key communicator of management’s vision for AI solutions across platforms and teams.
• Provide technical expertise and actionable guidance to users, driving adoption and satisfaction with AI solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Review and lead the implementation and set-up of AI solutions, coordinating efforts across internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular meetings with idea champions to evaluate satisfaction with AI solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to convey updates, insights, and strategic alignment.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in AI technology development, deployment, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in managing AI solutions and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
• Experience working on AI projects in client-facing roles, including Client Service or Client Enablement.
• Proficiency in project management and resource allocation for AI solution development.
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and drive consensus on strategic goals.
