Role Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to drive the end-to-end technical solutioning and business analysis across Aladdin’s Whole Portfolio and Private Credit platforms. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business, product and engineering stakeholders, translating complex investment workflows into scalable, data-driven technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in end-to-end investment process across both public and private markets, a strong technical foundation, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solutioning & Product Ownership

  • Collaborate with the Aladdin Product Engineering and Product Management teams to contribute to the broader vision of a unified Whole Portfolio Investment Book of Record (IBOR) across public and private markets.
  • Own the technical solutioning across Whole Portfolio and Private Credit domains, ensuring alignment with Aladdin’s long-term platform vision and client outcomes.
  • Lead the definition and prioritization of product features across investment lifecycle workflows, including instrument setup, portfolio onboarding, fund structuring, transaction processing, settlement, cash management and analytics .
  • Serve as the primary product owner for cross-functional squads, writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlog grooming and sprint planning

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Partner with investment, operations, and risk teams to capture and refine business requirements across public and private market asset classes.  
  • Translate complex investment workflows and operating models into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Drive discovery and documentation of current state gaps and future state user journeys across Aladdin and eFront platforms

Execution & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional squads across engineering, data, design, and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Oversee delivery of key initiatives such as IBOR integration, lifecycle automation, and analytics enablement .
  • Ensure timely execution of roadmap items, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Act as a key liaison between product, engineering, and business leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on priorities and progress.
  • Represent the Whole Portfolio and Private Credit technology strategy in governance forums and executive updates.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to support onboarding, enablement, and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in financial technology, investment process, or enterprise product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of multi-asset financial instruments, investment structures, operational workflows, and data models.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale solutioning and delivery efforts across complex, multi-system environments.
  • Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with enterprise architecture, data pipelines, data analysis, and investment platforms.  
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across business and technology teams.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments and leading cross-functional squads.
  • Familiarity with Aladdin, eFront, or similar investment platforms is a significant plus.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$195,000.00 - USD$275,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
