HIROTEC Manufacturing America, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is part of the HIROTEC Group, headquartered in Hiroshima, Japan. HIROTEC Group delivers body-in-white closures, exhaust systems, flexible closure tooling, and stamping dies to automotive customers around the world. With a US headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI, HIROTEC Group operates 32 facilities in eight countries.

Currently, we are seeking a Production Sales Account Manager to become a part of the HIROTEC team.

Summary:

HIROTEC is expanding its production operations to Fayetteville, TN. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a well-rounded sales background to support this new business unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately communicate and sell HIROTEC Manufacturing America’s products and services including the ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Effectively manage assigned accounts with an emphasis on developing strong relationships within all levels of the customer’s organization, including building rapport with the key decision makers and influencers.
  • Take leadership in developing and successfully executing new sales strategies and opportunities inside North America OEMs.
  • Identify, articulate, and effectively communicate key trends, market conditions, and new program direction that can assist in achieving HIROTEC’s sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage the entire new program proposal process through project SOP, including but not limited to, initiate RFQs, coordinate cost details & feasibility, submit quotations, verify any changes in conditions of sale, negotiate and follow up with customer as necessary, obtain required approvals, finalization of invoice, prepare, update, and manage all required information in SAP, etc.
  • Collect and report quarterly on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience developing, managing, and closing on new business opportunities, and the proven ability to cultivate relationships within all levels of the customer’s organization and other stakeholders. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must have a sound technical aptitude with a thorough understanding of stamping, automation, and manufacturing applications. SAP experience is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills, in addition to proven computer skills required. A willingness to travel, work weekends/holidays, and a willingness to entertain during & after working hours is required.
