As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</p> <h2><span><strong>General Information:</strong></span></h2> <p>We are looking for an <strong>IT Solutions Engineer</strong> to join our <strong>Product Documentation</strong> team.<br/>In this role, you will help transform technical engineering input into structured requirements, reliable data models, and high-quality documentation for engineering, calibration, integration, and legal use cases.</p> <p>You will work in an environment that combines specialized documentation editors with data integration from tools such as <strong>Matlab/Simulink, Polarion, and RV&amp;S</strong>, supporting the generation of documentation in formats such as <strong>PDF, ETAS eHandbook, DOCX, and specialized reports</strong>.</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with engineers, tool owners, and internal stakeholders to improve documentation processes, ensure data consistency, and support scalable transformation workflows.</p> <p> </p> <h2><span><strong>You Key Responsabilities:</strong></span></h2> <ul type="disc"> <li>Analyze technical and engineering data from internal stakeholders and customers.</li> <li>Translate business, engineering, and documentation needs into structured requirements and specifications.</li> <li>Compare data models, identify mappings and inconsistencies, and define transformation strategies.</li> <li>Support the integration of data from tools such as <strong>Matlab/Simulink, Polarion, and RV&amp;S</strong> into a common data pool.</li> <li>Contribute to the creation and maintenance of structured documentation in formats such as <strong>PDF, ETAS eHandbook, DOCX, and specialized reports</strong>.</li> <li>Work with specialized editors and relevant standards to ensure documentation quality, consistency, traceability, and reusability.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers, tool owners, and process stakeholders to improve documentation and integration workflows.</li> <li>Support automation and standardization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.</li> <li>Contribute to troubleshooting, technical analysis, and continuous improvement of documentation-related processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><span><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Degree in <strong>Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering</strong>, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li><strong>Fluent English</strong> is mandatory.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: <strong>C#, Python, Java, JSON, LaTeX</strong>, and web technologies including <strong>REST/SOAP APIs</strong>.</li> <li>Proven experience with <strong>XML technologies</strong>, such as <strong>XML Schema, XSLT, XPath, and Namespaces</strong>.</li> <li>Experience in generating and transforming document standards such as <strong>PDF</strong> and <strong>DOCX</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with documentation-related standards such as <strong>DocBook, DITA, ASAM MDX, FSX, and Catalog</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with conversion and manipulation of image formats.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Git, GitHub, Jira, Confluence</strong>, and/or ALM tools such as <strong>Polarion, RV&amp;S, or Codebeamer</strong>.</li> <li>Preferred: familiarity with <strong>.NET/Mono, AWS, Terraform, and Docker</strong>.</li> <li>Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as <strong>GitHub Copilot</strong>.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in complex systems with multiple stakeholders and requirements.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><span>Our offering:</span></h2> <ul> <li><span><strong>Onboarding &amp; Integration</strong>: we help you settle in quickly through our onboarding program and a team that supports you;</span></li> <li><span><strong>Health &amp; Life Insurance</strong>: we provide private health plans and life insurance, so you can have peace of mind;</span></li> <li><span><strong>Discounts</strong>: enjoy discounts from our partners on activities, trainings, goods etc.;</span></li> <li><span><strong>Bookster Subscription</strong>: are you a passionate reader?
