HR Intern
The Human Resources Intern will play a hands-on role in both the day-to-day operations of HR and the design, execution, and experience of the company’s Summer Intern Program. This role goes beyond administrative support—you’ll be at the center of how employees and interns experience the organization.
You’ll gain real exposure to core HR functions, systems, and employee experience initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with leaders and teams across the business.
This role will report directly to the VP, People Operations (HR), providing unique visibility into HR leadership, strategy, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Operations
- Support daily HR operations across systems and onsite activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and employee experience touchpoints
- Maintain employee records with a high level of accuracy and audit readiness
- Respond to employee inquiries and appropriately escalate more complex matters
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives that impact the broader organization
Summer Intern Program Management
- Act as the primary point of contact and “go-to” resource for all Summer Interns
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and day-to-day program logistics
- Plan and lead intern engagement experiences, including networking events, learning sessions, and check-ins
- Partner with managers across departments to ensure a meaningful and consistent intern experience
- Track attendance, milestones, and program feedback to measure success and identify improvements
- Support end-of-program presentations, evaluations, and overall program wrap-up
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating HR systems and tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or administrative experience (HR experience is a plus)
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources or People Operations
- Experience supporting events, programs, or cross-functional initiatives

Program Details:
- Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026
- Pay rate: $22.00/hour

Required to be local to Malvern, PA office, with at least two days in office.
