What you'll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Driving project activities to ensure best performance for Quality KPI’s, such as warranty, customer satisfaction scores, and internal audits
- Participation and active management of Quality topics in cross functional Drivetrain and ADAS Teams
- Evaluation of project change requests for cost, quality and timing.
- Supporting development of engineering solutions and launch issues.
- Evaluation of early project requests for impact to Quality Assurance
- Keeping an ongoing list of project strengths and weaknesses for future improvement
- Technical understanding of current vehicle status
Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events occasionally. The role will be based at our office in Novi, MI. Applicants should expect that the role may require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and be able to travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

- 5+ years of experience in relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field desired
- Understanding of product development and engineering requirements
- Strong knowledge of vehicle functions in designated systems team, Drivetrain and Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and writing – across hierarchy and functional levels (i.e. Director and Vice President Level)
- Ability to identify tasks, develop methodologies and plans, and execute with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of quality systems and processes
