Who You Are:
You are a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized events professional with a passion for storytelling through experience. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, and are known for your ability to execute high-profile events that elevate brand presence. A creative thinker and effective problem-solver, you are excited to grow within an iconic global fashion brand and play a pivotal role in shaping its U.S. events strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of U.S.-based fashion and corporate events, including Runway Shows, Press Presentations, Retail Experiences, Corporate Activations, and Personal Appearances.
- Own end-to-end event management, from concept development through post-event analysis, ensuring each event aligns with brand goals and delivers a best-in-class experience.
- Oversee event budgets, vendor negotiations, and timelines, ensuring fiscal discipline, timely execution, and premium results.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including internal creative, retail, wholesale, fashion office, marketing and PR teams, as well as external vendors, agencies, and venue partners.
- Ensure flawless execution onsite, overseeing event production, logistics, setup/breakdown, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Manage the invoice processes ensuring timely submission and payment for all event vendors.
- Analyze event performance, develop recaps and post-mortems, and recommend optimizations for future initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, new venues, and competitive analysis to continuously elevate event experiences.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Four Year Degree - Bachelors or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience

Compensation Range:
