Quality Control - Department Lead, Lidding

FlynnO'Hara is seeking a full-time Quality Control - Department Lead Lidding, at our Philadelphia, PA distribution center. Responsibilities include leading a team that focuses on reviewing all orders prior to being shipped to our customers. This role is critical in assuring that we are quickly and accurately fulfilling orders for custom school uniforms, particularly during the busy back-to-school season.

Specific Job Requirements:

* Ability to articulate roles, responsibilities, and goals
* Previous experience leading a team of 10+ associates, a plus!

Additional Job Requirements:

* Ability to lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for several hours at a time
* Ability to climb a ladder and lift boxes
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Availability to work Saturday and overtime hours during peak back-to-school season (August & September)
