Your New Role...

The Financial Coordinator is responsible for providing high level administrative support for the SVP, WBD Unscripted Production Finance.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Provide high level administrative support for the leader of Production Finance and their team.

• Manage the calendar of leader of Unscripted Finance ensuring meetings are scheduled timely and appropriately via Zoom or in person

• Creates and maintains various schedules and documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Responsibilities include organizing cost reports, tracking invoices, updating and maintaining contact sheets for production accountants, supporting freelance accounting staff, taking meeting notes, preparing minutes, and managing office supplies.

• Acts as departmental liaison and maintains confidential files and reports

• Digital files – using Box system

• Ad-hoc duties

Qualifications & Experience...

• Minimum 1 year corporate work experience preferably in an administrative role

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Management subject

• Word

• Excel

• Outlook Calendar

• Zoom/Teams video applications.

• Organizational Skills in a paperless office – Box, Google Drive, Adobe Sign

• Time management skills for scheduling

• Meeting deadlines

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $51,106.00 - $94,910.00 salary per year.
