Join us at VML MAP to inspire innovation and deliver impactful results!</p> <h2>What will your day look like?</h2> <p>As the Salesforce Developer Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the technical team; leading a team of SFMC developers, while maintaining hands-on involvement in the development and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Your day will involve managing your team’s performance, helping them grow, and overseeing complex technical projects while contributing directly to coding, implementation, and troubleshooting.</p> <p>It is essential for this role to actively engage in face-to-face interactions to build camaraderie, trust, and a strong community.
