Position SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making within a growing manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations, accounting, and leadership to provide insightful analysis, improve financial performance, and support business initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst Lead monthly and quarterly financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and management reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesPartner with operations and production teams to analyze costs, margins, inventory, and manufacturing efficienciesDevelop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and capital investmentsAnalyze product costing, labor, overhead, and standard cost variancesAssist with month-end close by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as neededPrepare executive-level dashboards and presentations with actionable insightsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and financial efficienciesSupport audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policiesMentor junior analysts and collaborate cross-functionally across the organizationQualifications of the Senior Financial Analyst Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably within manufacturing or operations-driven environmentsStrong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing metricsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsBenefits & PerksFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision) – company covers 50% of premiums3% 401(k) match2 weeks of vacation1 week of sick leave10 paid holidaysOpportunity for advancement and professional growthFriendly, collaborative work environmentCompany-sponsored holiday parties and team events#GHJSS #LI-SL1
